Pierre has a degree in communications and has held management positions with several companies and associations. He founded his own agency called Qwentès and sold it seven years later with fi fty employees. He has managed a number of communication campaigns for the European Institutions and for Algeria and has written several books on management and communications.
He has been off ering his services as a consultant, trainer and coach for the past ten years. To boost team dynamics and employee motivation and to manage crises and end conflicts.
